My Water Use Customer Portal

With the My Water Use Customer Portal citizens are able to see their hourly water usage and make monthly and yearly comparisons for both their secondary and culinary systems. This will help citizens know their monthly usage and identify potential leaks in their culinary and secondary systems at their home.

  • To register for the portal you will need an authentication code located in your city bill, along with your account number. 
    • Only input the numbers when entering your account. Do not use any dashes or dots.
  • You must receive a monthly city utility bill in the mail to access this system.
