My Water Use Customer Portal

With the My Water Use Customer Portal residents are able to see their hourly water usage and make monthly and yearly comparisons for both their secondary and culinary systems.  Residents can also set up alerts in both the culinary and irrigations systems for a sudden increase in water usage. This will help residents know their monthly usage and identify potential leaks in their culinary and irrigation systems.

  • Click the link above to register or sign into your My Water Customer Portal
  • To register for the portal you will need the following information that can be found on your city utility bill:
    • Your account number
    • Authentication code
      • The authentication code can be found above the usage graph on your paperless utility bill. 
      • Only input the numbers when entering your account. Do not use any dashes or dots.
  • Property Owners must receive a utility bill to access this system.

Beginning August 15, 2022 Residents must have an active My Water Use Customer Portal Account with alerts set up to qualify for the Water Forgiveness Program. More information on this program can be found on the Water Forgiveness page.
