The City Attorney’s Office performs legal services on behalf of the City of Saratoga Springs. It does not represent or provide legal advice to individual residents or businesses.
The primary purpose of the Recorder’s Office is to maintain and preserve the official records of the City and the proceedings of the City Council. The office is also responsible for City elections, business licensing, legal noticing, GRAMA, and maintaining the City Code.
