The Public Utilities Department is responsible for the assessment and collection of all public utility accounts with the City of Saratoga Springs. The City of Saratoga Springs provides culinary water, secondary water, sanitary sewer collection, solid waste collection, recycling services and street lighting services all through its public utility systems.

You may also make utility payments at the drop box located in the west parking lot of the City offices. The City offers electronic fund transfer (EFT) services for your convenience with advance setup through the Public Utilities Manager.
